World Mental Health Day
October 10, 2025
“Mental Wellness is a Universal Human Right”
Today, we join the global community in recognizing World Mental Health Day, a time to reflect on the importance of mental wellness and our shared responsibility to support one another. Mental health is essential to overall health, and everyone deserves access to compassionate, effective care and community-based resources.
In Brooklyn Center and across Hennepin County, help is available — you are not alone.
